Communications for audiences of staff, students, customers or stakeholders need to package ideas in simple, easy to understand formats. My communications’ experience has input to a broad range of print and digital products in language tailored for each audience. I have produced regular corporate newsletters, annual reviews and magazines in print and increasingly for digital distribution.

The right tone of voice

I understand that corporate and internal communications need to deliver a range of topics. What’s required is a tone of voice that matches content purpose: whether to energise and engage staff to adopt revised procedures, share organisational change (major and minor) or celebrate business or individual achievement. It’s my tone of voice know-how that has led me to produce copy for a broad sector range that includes major business, Higher Education, luxury retail and the charity sector.
