Generating such marketing content means taking an experimental approach to text headings, subject lines and body copy. You need to give marketeers options to audience test: what is going to get the greatest response?
This was exactly the working relationship we had with creative branding agency Chaos Design for their Heathrow Terminal 2 and Heathrow Express clients. Over several months, we created B2C acquisition and reactivation comms to excite and engage these discerning travel customers.
Customer invitations, offers, card-holder events and special holiday destinations were all explained within tight word counts. Copy really needed to get to the point and still follow the client’s tone of voice. A fun challenge for us copywriters.
