Boosting the Targit team during project change

Institutional change needs creativity and clarity in equal measure. One multi-national corporate faced just that need while undertaking a major 3-year project to transform their global IT infrastructure.

Appointing change communications supremos Targit to shape and share messaging, we were part of the Targit team for the final year of delivery.

With deadlines pressing, it was essential we were able to onboard at pace. Initial need indicated that our carrying out a full content audit of the global IT staff portal would identify needed messaging enhancements and design improvements.

With these adopted, we were brought further into the project to create campaign content for numerous ‘go lives’ and key project drivers including teaser content, video scripts, microsite and landing page web copy, email campaigns, corporate storytelling and digital newsletters.

It turned out to be an action-packed and highly dynamic 12 months.
