Fresh Student Living is one of the UK’s largest managers of privately-owned student accommodation.
With Fabrik Brands commissioned to undertake a full rebrand that developed a new image and way of expression, we were given the role to craft marketing comms and key strategic assets for the company’s new website.
Paying close attention to the tone of voice the agency had created, we took care to ensure every line of new content conveyed the warm and engaging corporate style of Fresh; keeping everything authentic to their brand values.
With over 20 building locations to write about, it was essential that the spirit and facilities of each was displayed engagingly, that their individual styling was made a feature of, and repetitive text kept to the absolute minimum.
The next ingredient was to ensure that this warm, friendly and conversational tone was adopted throughout the website, including those typically more corporate and drier zones, such as FAQs and About us. This was the complete package with everything on brand.
Sharing our development map with Fresh and the agency allowed everyone involved to track the progress of content through the processes of creation and approval.
