H.E.L Group is a leading voice within the chemistry and biology sphere – developing and manufacturing innovative scientific instruments and associated software. With a long history of solving complex customer challenges, their Marketing team faced some complex communications challenges of their own. Already well supported with technical documentation and application notes, they were time poor to consolidate and repurpose these to create fresh marketing materials and editorial content. What H.E.L needed were the resources to re-tell their scientific knowhow.
Consulting with their Marketing colleagues, we drew out various narrative threads hidden, unused, within their literature library. Among new strands were current trends to lend their voice to, innovation involvement and key USPs and benefits that would resonate with their specialist audience.
We produced a series of targeted articles and blog posts for various publications, plus collateral H.E.L could use on their own channels. The whole experience helped H.E.L push the boundaries of how they retell their commercial stories.
